Loft is located on the 2nd and 3rd floor of our Calatrava Townhouse.
Located in the bustling Old Town Loft is just steps away from a famous attraction of Cathedral de Mallorca, multiple shops and restaurants, and museums. A few steps in the other direction and you are at the gorgeous Amina beach with its clear and inviting waters, restaurants, and a boardwalk suited for strolls, running and biking. The whole historic district of Palma is yours to explore by foot or bicycle. Make sure to take advantage of well maintained bicycle routes surrounding the area!

The Calatrava Townhouse itself reflects EC Home’s love of Scandinavian Modern architecture, while still retaining local Mallorcan accents. Traditional Mallorcan stone frames the walls and stairs leading up to a charming private terrace on the top floor.
Once you pass through the charming wrought iron gate at the entrance of the Calatrava Townhouse, you will find yourself on the ground level. A state of the art fully clear elevator will take you to any floor should you find yourself not in the mood to take the stairs.
Just past the vestibule is the guest bedroom with an en-suit bathroom. A unique feature of the guest bedroom is an antique large circular stone originally found at the location. The stone is now encased in a glass alcove, which illuminates with a color chosen by you!
The guest room is outfitted with a comfortable bed and a flat-screen TV and offers the utmost privacy, with its own hallway and stairs separating it from the rest of the house.
Just up the bright and modern staircase is the master bedroom. Enjoy the comfortable queen bed which is placed near a traditional and charming Mallorcan mini balcony, perfect for gazing onto the Spanish street below.
The Master bedroom has an en-suit bathroom – a true jewel of the townhouse. The master bathroom is outfitted with the newest stylish sink, an impressive free standing bathtub, and a grand freestanding shower incased in floor to ceiling glass.
On the next level up you will find the living room area and the kitchen. Large windows in the living room look out onto a charming Spanish courtyard. Relax on a modern brightly colored couch and enjoy the flat-screen TV, or start up a fire in the sleek stone trimmed fireplace. The kitchen includes all of the newest appliances and conveniences expected from an EC Homes property.
Up a mini staircase completed with a traditional Mallorcan stone, you will find the office alcove with a breathtaking glass floor. This feature allows for the most light to reach the rest of the townhouse, as well as provides a unique and exciting quality to the office alcove.
