This 60 sq meter apartment was transformed by our team from an outdated dwelling to a charismatic home with traditional accents. Bathroom and kitchen now feature the newest appliances. Store space is functionally increased by the installation of built-in closet and shelving units.
The addition of a window in the ceiling allows for increased natural light available in the apartment. An updated heating system provides heating while conserving energy.
New wooden floors on the terrace are complemented by a stylish wooden accent wall. The result – an updated apartment with touches of traditional Mallorcan charm.
